Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Manager skilled in creating engaging Instagram Reels and viral content. This role is based in Porur, Chennai, and offers a salary range of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus performance incentives. Freshers with a passion for social media and content creation are encouraged to apply as training and growth opportunities are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated daily on trends across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ideate and propose new content themes and concepts.
- Craft simple scripts and hooks for short-form video content.
- Film videos using company-provided iPhone equipment.
- Edit reels using applications such as CapCut or Premiere Pro, adding captions, music, transitions, and visual effects.
- Collaborate closely with the team to produce content that engages customers and strengthens the brand image.
- Continuously enhance content quality based on analytics and feedback.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong enthusiasm for social media and content production.
- Basic videography and video editing experience.
- Proficiency or familiarity with editing tools like CapCut and Premiere Pro.
- Creative mindset with a readiness to test innovative ideas.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in an office environment.
- Committed to working from the Porur, Chennai office.
