Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily social media tasks for multiple client brands.
- Schedule and publish social media content according to calendars.
- Assist in community management by monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
- Write and edit social media copy to align with client brand voices and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Track social media performance metrics and assist in preparing basic analytical reports.
- Share insights with account managers to optimize engagement and content effectiveness.
- Stay updated with latest platform trends and best practices to contribute to strategy enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in social media roles.
- Proficient in social media content creation and marketing to design engaging posts across major platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting clear, on-brand messaging and client interaction.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals to aid campaign implementation and analyze basic performance metrics.
- Familiarity with social platforms such as Meta and TikTok and basic analytics tools.
- Experience with content or project management systems is advantageous.
- Prior work in agency or multi-brand environments is favorable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
