Key Responsibilities

• Conceive bold, unconventional campaign ideas that elevate the brand’s visibility and impact.
• Develop compelling scripts and narratives that authentically communicate brand messages through diverse social media formats.
• Lead art direction and curation efforts, applying a keen eye for visual aesthetics, typography, and design standards.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate creative processes, from idea generation to copywriting and visual production.
• Understand and plan content tailored specifically to various social platforms, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
• Participate hands-on in producing and editing organic content, managing the process from filming through post-production.
• Collaborate closely with Social & Content Managers and creators to execute concepts with accuracy, energy, and high craftsmanship.
• Continuously research cultural trends, platform changes, and innovative creative approaches to maintain fresh, relevant outputs.

Requirements

• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing daring creative concepts paired with purposeful craftsmanship and tangible results.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a natural flair for writing engaging social content.
• Excellent art direction and design sensibility, including an acute typographic and visual curation aptitude.
• Experience with and confidence in using generative AI as an integral part of the creative workflow.
