About the Role

Access Healthcare is actively seeking Social Care Workers specializing in Intellectual Disability (ID) services to join their teams in Boyle and Roscommon Town, Ireland. These roles offer flexible scheduling allowing you to select shifts that best suit your lifestyle, whether you prefer short-term assignments or long-term engagements. Support is provided to individuals through person-centered care both in residential settings and within the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in various settings.
• Engage with service users both in-person and within community environments to enhance their wellbeing.
• Work flexibly during day, night, or sleepover shifts based on scheduling needs.

Requirements

• Qualification at Level 7 or Level 8 in Social Care is essential.
• A minimum of three months experience working in Ireland is required.
• Mandatory registration with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland including Stamp 4, Irish, UK, or EU citizenship.
