About the Role
We are looking for a diligent Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil construction activities at our project site in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The role involves managing labor and contractor teams, ensuring construction aligns with plans, and maintaining meticulous records for materials and manpower.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction work on the site.
- Manage workers and contractor teams efficiently.
- Verify work progress against construction drawings to ensure compliance.
- Receive construction materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Control wastage of materials such as cement, steel, bricks, and others.
- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports to the senior engineer.
- Ensure work completion meeting quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations on site.
- Coordinate work among masons, electricians, plumbers, and other agencies.
- Resolve minor site issues promptly and inform seniors when necessary.
- Maintain attendance and daily manpower records.
- Plan daily activities to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12th pass, ITI, or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Basic understanding of building construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings is an advantage.
- Proficiency with smartphones and WhatsApp for sending photos and reports.
