About the Role
The Site Coordinator will be responsible for the effective coordination and management of installation teams and project resources at multiple sites. This role is crucial for ensuring projects run on schedule and that all installation activities are monitored, documented, and reported efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee daily plans for project sites, ensuring the correct assignment of installation teams, labor, and supervisors.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and main contractors to confirm sites are ready before installations commence.
- Organize the necessary transportation, tools, and equipment for site operations.
- Manage the scheduling and assignment of measurement teams to sites, making certain all required site measurements are completed accurately and punctually.
- Check and submit measurement reports to the production department, arranging re-measurements if necessary.
- Track the progress of daily installations by reporting quantities of doors and frames installed, outstanding tasks, and comparing planned versus actual achievements.
- Maintain detailed Excel tracking sheets documenting project-wise installation stats, manpower attendance, labor allocations, overtime hours, and material delivery statuses.
- Document daily overtime for workers, verify records with site supervisors, and coordinate with HR and Accounts for submission and optimization of overtime costs.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including managers, engineers, installation teams, clients, and contractors to resolve scheduling challenges and communicate delays.
- Keep comprehensive documentation of all site activities, including photographs, material deliveries, attendance, and snag/completion lists.
