Job Overview
We are looking for a competent and meticulous Civil Site Engineer experienced in the fabrication domain to supervise on-site construction and structural fabrication tasks. This role involves overseeing site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, coordinating closely with fabrication teams, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Primary Duties
- Oversee civil and structural fabrication operations at the construction site.
- Work in unison with fabrication crews, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth execution.
- Ensure fabricated structures are installed accurately following drawings and specifications.
- Interpret engineering plans, layouts, and structural schematics effectively.
- Track progress on site whilst maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Carry out site inspections and address any technical challenges promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of work within stipulated budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily site and progress reports along with necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide updates and obtain approvals.
- Manage materials prudently to avoid wastage.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in civil site engineering with a focus on fabrication projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and structural designs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in monitoring site progress and ensuring compliance with quality and safety norms.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities to resolve technical site issues.
Additional Information
This position is based in Delhi-NCR, and offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
