This role is part of the Distribution & Logistics Teams responsible for managing seamless flow of goods, services, and information from origin to customer delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
The team works closely across departments like operations, purchasing, and logistics alongside suppliers, pursuing continuous improvements in material movement through production processes. Key performance metrics guide supply chain planning and forecasting, regularly assessing performance.
Job Specifics
This is a 12-month fixed contract position on a day shift schedule, Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare final shipping boxes and packaging for shipment of finished goods and non-inventory items to customers.
- Collect and verify finished goods from the manufacturing area.
- Collaborate with Customer Services, Production, and Supply Chain teams to decide shipping timing based on stock availability versus commercial sales commitments.
- Manage order release, picking, and item-lot reservations for commercial sales orders using SAP.
- Ensure precise picking and matching of finished goods item-lots from shelves corresponding to released sales orders.
- Print, verify, and affix shipping box labels correctly to the packed goods.

- Possession of a clean driving license.
- Forklift license is advantageous; training will be offered if not currently held.
Background and Competencies
Previous experience in a similar operational or logistics function is preferred.
