Job description
Overview
We are looking for a full-time Shift Lead to join B&Q in Braintree, working 36.75 hours weekly on a permanent basis. This role includes a keyholder responsibility with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing no later than 8:30pm. The annual salary is £28,225.47 (including a store-specific location allowance of £515.97) along with pension benefits and 6.6 weeks of holiday.
Role Description
As a Shift Lead, you will be crucial to maintaining a secure working and shopping environment. You will oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, manage colleague deployment to maximize customer satisfaction, and act as the primary contact point for both customers and employees. Ensuring the store's safety consistently is a central aspect of your duties.
