Role & Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer at PwC's Bangalore center, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customizations on the ServiceNow platform. This includes core platform configuration, workflow management, reporting, data import tasks, custom scripting, and integrating with third-party applications. You will need strong expertise in ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, UI Pages, Macros, Scripts, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and workflows.
You will lead or support teams managing the ServiceNow platform's implementation and administration, which involves managing system configurations, eliciting and documenting user requirements, developing workflow customizations, and conducting thorough quality assurance as well as user acceptance testing.
Additionally, you will apply your knowledge to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions including technical architecture, planning and prioritizing development activities, and liaising with vendors and management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients are essential. Experience working within Agile development methodologies and a good command of JavaScript and Web Services is required.
Preferred and Mandatory Skills
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Proficiency in developing and consuming Web Services.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HR, GRC, VR, ITOM, or SecOps.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.
Educational Eligibility
Candidates should have completed a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
