Team Overview
We are part of the Enterprise Technology & Performance division and are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join our offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin. As a critical member of the ServiceNow team, you will empower organizations to refine their workflows and processes through the ServiceNow platform. Your role involves understanding client challenges and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and workflow automation across diverse business units.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with best practices and high-quality outcomes.
- Apply expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Lead workshops with clients to capture business requirements and convert them into actionable development tasks.
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation regarding configurations, integrations, and system workflows.
- Provide strategic advice on ServiceNow upgrades, patching procedures, and system upkeep.
- Serve as Scrum Master for ServiceNow implementations, promoting adherence to Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.
- Communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution and project alignment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years consulting experience centered on ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes with relevant certifications preferred.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Highly desirable to hold ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in core modules such as ITSM or ITOM.
- Proficient in Agile project delivery methods including Scrum and Kanban with a strong track record in sprint-driven project execution.
