Job Overview
As a Service Engineer at Hem Air System based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment and machinery directly at customer premises to ensure optimal functioning.
Key Duties
- Handle delivery, assembly, and commissioning of new hardware or machinery at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, or software malfunctions, including parts replacement when necessary.
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to avert unexpected system failures.
- Train customers and on-site personnel on proper operation and safety protocols related to the equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as service logs, maintenance reports, and requests for replacement parts following service visits.
Compensation Details
The monthly remuneration range is INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
