Service Engineer

Job Overview

Hexa Cool Process Private Limited is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial chillers, panel air conditioners, and various cooling equipment. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance both preventative and reactive, ensuring customer systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial chillers, panel AC units, and related cooling apparatus.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults effectively.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as well as address breakdown repairs promptly.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide timely technical assistance.
• Document and prepare detailed service reports following each service visit.
• Collaborate with the service team to arrange necessary spare parts and technical support.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and service guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background: ITI, Diploma, or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or similar disciplines.
• Experience range: 1 to 3 years in service and maintenance; freshers with adequate technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Competence in electrical wiring and mechanical system operations.
• Basic expertise in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and fault diagnosis skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for field service assignments.
• Effective communication skills and a good rapport with customers.

Compensation and Conditions

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 20000 to 25000.
