Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in South Dublin, Ireland. The role of a Service Driver or Customer Delivery Representative involves starting and ending the workday at home while servicing a diverse range of customers. Responsibilities include problem-solving to find effective solutions, servicing client sites, and handling installation, fitting, collection, and product exchange. The role also involves identifying potential upselling opportunities and aiming to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all customer service requests professionally and appropriately.
• Provide ongoing updates and feedback to service management regarding customer service requests and related information to uphold service expectations.
• Ensure that stock and services supplied to customers are appropriate and fit for purpose.
• Participate in developing routing solutions for new customer service needs.
• Comply fully with company Health and Safety policies.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Irish or EU full driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Capability to prioritize workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to use own initiative and maintain a positive "can do" approach.
