About the Role

Yellowknife Motors is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their on-site team in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This position focuses on providing excellent client interactions in an auto repair setting, where you will be the bridge between customers and the technical service staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to both written and verbal customer questions and concerns.
  • Manage billing processes for services provided.
  • Arrange for client refunds and credits as needed.
  • Gather and analyze all pertinent details required to evaluate customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring accurate and relevant information and services are provided.
  • Handle general office administration duties.
  • Log and track customer complaints.
  • Accept and process customer payments.
  • Clearly explain service procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.

Skill and Technology Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Windows, and Office Suite.
  • Competent in using electronic mail for communication and documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
  • Between 1 and 7 months of relevant professional experience.
