Location Note: The Fork & Wheel is situated at P25 DP60, an area without public transportation access. Reliable personal transport or equivalent means are mandatory for commuting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Take orders for food and beverages confidently, offering knowledgeable menu suggestions
• Efficiently serve food and drinks while upholding high service standards
• Support the smooth operation of service by mentoring and assisting junior team members
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared and maintained at excellent standards before, during, and after service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to guarantee an exceptional dining experience
• Accurately and efficiently process payments
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other front-of-house members to provide seamless service

• Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a waiter or senior waiter
• A deep passion for hospitality and excellence in customer service
• Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Calm under pressure and capable of maintaining performance during busy periods
• Proactive, supportive, and a leader by example
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
