About the Company
This clinical-stage biotech company is pioneering a next-generation digital health platform designed to complement its novel therapeutic programs. Their focus lies in advancing digital health innovations that integrate seamlessly with clinical development efforts to enhance patient outcomes and support healthcare providers.
Role Overview
As the organization expands, this senior leadership position requires directing the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s digital product platform. The Senior Vice President will lead product strategy and oversee the creation of digital applications for patients and clinicians that underpin therapeutic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the digital product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Guide the design and launch of patient- and clinician-facing digital applications.
- Communicate product strategies and progress effectively to executives, investors, and board members.
- Manage partnerships with external software development vendors to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across clinical, regulatory, and operational teams to meet product and organizational objectives.
- Support broader growth and commercialization initiatives through product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Extensive VP or SVP-level leadership experience in digital health or healthcare technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in delivering sophisticated digital healthcare products.
- Experienced in managing third-party software development collaborators.
- Exceptional skills in commercial strategy, executive-level communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA or MSc.
- Background in venture-backed biotech or digital health enterprises.
- Expertise related to CNS, psychiatry, or digital therapeutic domains.
