Senior Training Specialist/Training Manager

Role overview

Geely Auto Deutschland is looking for a training professional to oversee and support after-sales learning activities across its dealer network. This position focuses on organizing, delivering, and administering both technical and non-technical training so dealers can build the skills needed to meet Geely's after-sales expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate after-sales training initiatives across the dealer network.
• Prepare documentation for both technical and non-technical training sessions.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external service partners to arrange training activities.
• Drive training programs for newly launched models.
• Support the launch and day-to-day operation of the on-site training center and online learning portal.
• Assist with dealer training schedules, certification tracking, and attendance monitoring.
• Keep training records, reports, and LMS information up to date.
• Contribute to process improvements and better training documentation over time.
• Track training KPIs and measure training effectiveness.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in training coordination or automotive after-sales work. Background in the automotive sector is preferred. Strong communication and planning skills are important, along with solid Microsoft Office knowledge. Fluency in English is required, and German language skills are considered an advantage. The role may involve occasional travel.
