Position Overview
Located in Singapore, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and will be accountable for crafting and driving talent acquisition strategies across Rakuten Viki's worldwide offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive market analysis and sustained relationship management.
- Lead talent branding initiatives including social media outreach and partnerships with educational institutions and relevant associations to attract premier talent.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of both regional markets internally and externally.
- Collaborate with HR to collect and analyze recruitment trends and metrics reflecting hiring quality, diversity, and retention within the client groups.
Candidate Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent experience, accompanied by over six years of regional talent acquisition expertise.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate, matrixed setting.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and solving complex problems with effective solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed work ethic with a sense of accountability and ownership over assigned tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships at all management levels.
- Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple concurrent projects successfully.
- Capability to objectively analyze talent acquisition metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies.
