Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years' experience in web design and branding within agencies or studios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and engage effectively in team discussions.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A compelling portfolio highlighting innovative web designs and branding projects with a sharp eye for detail and creativity.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within design teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines adeptly.
• A self-driven approach with excellent time management and flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles, fundamental UI/UX concepts, and familiarity with how designs translate within platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
• Additional advantage: Experience or understanding of HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce high-caliber websites that reflect brand identities and fulfill client goals.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and user journeys.
• Work intimately with developers to guarantee precise and effective implementation of designs.
• Communicate design ideas clearly to clients, provide reasoning for choices, and iterate based on feedback.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX to ensure websites are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly.
• Keep updated on the latest trends in web design, accessibility norms, and innovative tools.
• Contribute to establishing and upholding design quality standards throughout N4 Studio's web projects.
