Role Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring a meticulous and proactive Senior Specialist - Customer Experience to strengthen its customer experience efforts across entertainment, sports, and cultural initiatives. The position is centered on helping shape and deliver memorable, high-quality interactions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and rollout of customer experience strategies, initiatives, and programs.
- Gather customer feedback and evaluate it to uncover service enhancement opportunities.
- Work closely with teams across functions to keep customer experience objectives aligned.
- Assist in building customer journey maps and broader experience frameworks.
- Draft reports and presentations covering customer experience performance and progress.
- Partner with stakeholders to encourage a strong customer-focused culture.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer experience, service design, or a similar field is expected.
