About the Role
Technopeak is hiring a seasoned Senior Sales Representative to support its Dubai operations. The position is centered on winning new SME business and nurturing durable client partnerships across the UAE. It calls for a consultative sales professional with prior exposure to B2B technology services, along with fluent English and fluent spoken Russian, which is a client-specific must-have because a large portion of the customer base communicates in Russian.
The job blends remote selling with face-to-face meetings and client visits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to new small and medium business prospects using both cold outreach and warm leads.
- Introduce Technopeak’s main offerings, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Managed Security Services (MSSP).
- Run virtual and in-person discussions with prospects to understand their commercial and technical challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Travel to client offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to strengthen relationships and move opportunities forward.
- Create, qualify, and grow new business opportunities while broadening the existing customer base.
- Upsell current clients by identifying additional services and solution opportunities.
- Keep CRM records accurate and well organized in Bitrix24 and manage opportunity data in 1C ERP.
- Coordinate with marketing, account management, and customer support colleagues.
- Experiment with fresh sales methods, talk tracks, outreach channels, and sales formats.
- Lead negotiations through to closure and help drive revenue growth.
- Consistently deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in spoken English and Russian is required.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Background in B2B sales, ideally within IT services, managed services, or technology-focused offerings.
- Comfort handling both online and on-site client meetings.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented sales mindset.
