Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Senior Sales Manager based in Jaipur, working in the paper bag manufacturing and export space. The role focuses on growing domestic as well as international business, strengthening customer relationships, and guiding a sales team toward revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand B2B sales across domestic and overseas markets to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business leads while managing important customer accounts.
- Mentor and direct the sales team so overall performance improves.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients in India and abroad.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure orders are executed on time.
- Track sales progress through reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within packaging, paper, printing, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and handle negotiations effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with export clients and managing international business.
- Comfortable joining occasional evening or night calls and virtual meetings to coordinate with clients in different time zones.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
