Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Sales Manager based in Mysuru, Karnataka, with responsibility for driving sales growth, improving conversions, and managing client relationships in a target-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work toward ambitious sales goals in a high-performance, outcome-oriented environment.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations that support strong conversion rates.
- Handle customer or member issues and help resolve conflicts when required.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients while ensuring a strong standard of customer service.
- Draft pre-sales proposals for potential customers and business prospects.
- Spot new business opportunities and identify prospective customers both inside and beyond the venue.
