Role Overview

The Senior Sales Associate, functioning as a Nike Store Lead, focuses on enhancing the customer experience by forging strong connections between consumers and the Nike brand. This role involves presenting brand stories effectively within the retail setting while maintaining a premium service standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced customer service skills, sales strategies, and comprehensive product knowledge to help customers find suitable products and boost sales figures.
• Possess familiarity with all store departments while performing associate activities and managing complex transactions or customer service scenarios.
• Provide specialized knowledge in areas such as shipping and receiving, cashier operations, or sales functions.
• Pursue continuous learning and training to enhance professional expertise.
• Support managers in onboarding processes and conducting training for new associates.
• Participate actively in loss prevention through attentive customer service and collaboration with store associates, though not holding formal supervisory responsibilities.
• Fulfill keyholder duties when assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of three years' experience working in retail environments.
• Proficient communication abilities in English.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability for shifts during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Physical capability to perform tasks that involve twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended durations.
