Role Overview
This position demands over 12 years of professional experience in banking, particularly with a strong emphasis on Financial Institutions Coverage, Global Markets, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Corporate Banking, or Lending. The role is ideally suited for those who have experience working in Turkey and/or Egypt markets and have been instrumental in advancing client engagement and revenue growth through cross-selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Drive initiatives that increase client penetration and cross-selling opportunities to promote revenue growth.
- Leverage deep knowledge of financial institutions' client requirements and the banking product landscape to tailor solutions.
- Develop and implement cross-sell and client coverage strategies effectively.
- Provide strong relationship management and demonstrate substantial commercial insight.
- Have familiarity with client lifecycle processes including onboarding, fulfillment, monitoring, and servicing.
- Manage and influence various stakeholders effectively to support business objectives.
- Contribute to client lifecycle transformation, onboarding improvements, and refinement of operating models.
- Collaborate across multiple product lines and markets to nurture consistent growth.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Comprehensive understanding of Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and Global Markets products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for designing coverage strategies.
- Proficiency in managing complex client relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
