- Take part in monthly succession planning to develop future club and district leaders.
- Define KPIs that support sales, fitness, and operational targets.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors that reflect the company’s values, including accountability, consistency, integrity, respect, and recognition.
- Run weekly leadership calls to review performance, align priorities, and translate regional strategy into practical actions for District Managers.
- Create reliable communication routines, processes, and workflow rhythms.
Business Execution and Performance
- Work with the COO to set goals and KPIs for each club and build a regional scorecard or dashboard.
- Review sales performance, market trends, member attrition, facility conditions, and equipment reports to guide improvements in sales, retention, and operating efficiency.
- Use the regional P&L regularly to identify trends and steer decisions toward business goals.
- Design and communicate regional sales approaches, KPIs, and tactics to boost membership sign-ups, fitness sales, and retention.
- Remove barriers to growth and uncover revenue opportunities, while sharing insights with marketing and other leaders to improve promotions and campaigns.
- Carry out regular audits to find anomalies, data variances, and compliance issues.
Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with the Regional Director of Operations so sales plans support operational goals and member experience initiatives.
- Act as the connection point between field sales teams and corporate leadership, ensuring feedback and challenges from the clubs are clearly communicated.
- Participate in regional and company-wide sales meetings and contribute to shared sales strategies and best practices.
- Use internal resources from Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Facilities, and subject matter experts to support execution.
