Senior Recruiter – EMEA

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition function and lead hiring activity across the EMEA region. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working on challenging searches, building talent pipelines in specialized markets, and improving the candidate journey at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles and locations across EMEA.
• Create and roll out sourcing plans backed by data, with emphasis on specialist talent pools and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Develop strong, diverse candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and market intelligence.
• Work closely with hiring managers to turn business requirements into practical hiring approaches.
• Ensure candidates receive a positive experience through clear communication, engagement, and prompt updates.
• Juggle several open requisitions in a dynamic environment while keeping quality standards high.
• Analyze hiring data and insights to refine recruitment practices and improve outcomes over time.
