Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong foundation in Business Analysis or Product Management to oversee strategic projects from concept through to execution and automation. This role demands expertise in project management combined with analytical insight to enhance team functions and organizational processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across various departments, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Take full ownership of project lifecycle including planning, solution design, financial management, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and articulate them into actionable requirements.
• Implement process improvements through methods like process mapping, data-driven analysis, and gap identification.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate seamless transitions and secure stakeholder support.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to integrate systems, business processes, and technology solutions effectively.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, encompassing requirement gathering, updates, and managing expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in project management.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management fields.
• Demonstrated success in improving business workflows and embedding changes into products or operational procedures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams involving business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills at an upper-intermediate or advanced level.
• Preferred: Practical experience integrating AI technologies into products or processes with measurable benefits.
• Preferred: Familiarity with no-code and low-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.
