Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of essential components within Suger’s platform, concentrating on AI-driven automation in revenue operations. This position operates under a hybrid model requiring four days per week at the downtown office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap focusing on intelligent systems that automate workflows for pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance.
- Create comprehensive user experiences for AI-enhanced workflows, emphasizing strong design principles and iterative improvement driven by customer usage data.
- Weigh customer benefits, system stability, and engineering challenges in making product decisions, collaborating closely with engineering to deliver accurate, transparent, and reliable features in production.
- Establish and monitor success metrics such as adoption rates, accuracy, efficiency improvements, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success and Solutions teams to obtain qualitative and quantitative insights, occasionally assisting with onboarding to thoroughly grasp unique cases and trust concerns related to automation.
Candidate Profile
- At least four years of experience in Product Management or Design within technology sectors, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software, demonstrating strong design intuition.
- Proven experience delivering AI-driven features to market, with sound judgment on when automation should gain user trust.
- Exceptional product design sensitivity focused on interaction nuances beyond just writing requirements.
- Comfortable with technical concepts related to billing systems, APIs, data pipelines, or fintech/compliance landscapes is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills facilitating collaboration with engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers.
- A startup mindset with a proactive attitude, adaptability in ambiguous situations, and ownership over the product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging between $130,000 and $180,000 CAD.
