About the Role

Join our Product Management team to lead impactful product initiatives from conception to launch, shaping innovative features for a global audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and manage a transformative financial platform that changes how money is handled. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-disciplinary members to deliver outstanding products and features.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning milestones and priorities strategically.
Define product features, prepare detailed specifications, organize user research, iterate based on feedback, assist in drafting QA test plans, oversee backlog management, and ensure timely delivery of products/releases.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build empathy.
Prioritize projects and initiatives effectively, making informed trade-offs when necessary.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Act as a liaison between the product team and other cross-functional departments.
Oversee management of individual features within the product portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

Approach work driven by data and a strong user-centric perspective.
A passion for creating delightful, user-facing products and experiences.
Proven track record of launching and improving software or financial products at scale.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong collaboration skills with teams including design, engineering, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience in retail trading domains or incorporating gamification is preferred.
Exhibits humility and openness in professional interactions.
Proficiency in AI-driven workflows is mandatory, including demonstrated use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or similar, integrated with human-in-the-loop methods.
