Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on leading the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative systems, tools, and business processes driving our next phase of growth. This role bridges business strategy and technical delivery, turning high-level objectives into actionable and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to establish a clear vision for new business solutions and tools.
• Convert strategic goals into practical product strategies, ensuring alignment between technology and business priorities.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirement gathering, release, integration into business workflows, and ongoing enhancement.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity and transparency throughout development.
• Evaluate existing business processes to detect automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, designers, and engineers, while independently handling niche projects or distinct product stages when required.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Product or Project Management within dynamic, tech-driven environments, demonstrating consistent delivery success.
• Proven expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and digitally transforming business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Well-versed in discerning when to build a solution versus solving without software development.
• Experience designing automations to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms to create early prototypes and validate hypotheses.
• Excellent communication skills enabling effective stakeholder management and alignment.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at working remotely across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Additional advantage: background in Business Analysis.
