Role overview
The organization is looking for a part-time Senior Product Manager based in Abu Dhabi to guide product strategy and ensure execution stays aligned with its mission. This role focuses on shaping the roadmap, coordinating development efforts, and turning organizational priorities into practical product initiatives.
What you will do
You will work across teams to define product direction, assess market needs, and manage the full product lifecycle. The position also includes tracking performance data, incorporating stakeholder input, and adjusting plans so that outcomes support broader organizational objectives.
Core capabilities
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in product management, roadmap ownership, and lifecycle planning, along with solid exposure to market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder communication, project coordination, strategic planning, and business analytics. The role also calls for strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, plus a demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
Preferred background
Experience in non-profit environments, policy-focused organizations, or social impact settings will be considered an advantage. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline is expected.
