Role Responsibilities

• Lead strategic ownership of your assigned product domain roadmap aligned with clear OKRs, enforcing disciplined scope management.
• Conduct rigorous problem identification and solution discovery before development commitments, validating findings with leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage end-to-end go-to-market activities, including launch preparation, user adoption, and assessing success post-release.
• Integrate AI perspectives throughout product management stages, advocating for AI-native practices within your team.
• Oversee development of AI-powered product features along with evaluation metrics and outcome tracking.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance product management workflows and share productivity improvements company-wide.
• Engage in AI working groups to shape team AI processes and deliver educational sessions or case studies.
• Ensure AI features comply with the company's standards for responsible AI use.
• Maintain excellence in delivery through sprint management, backlog health, service level objectives monitoring, and minimizing production bugs.
• Set and align strategies aimed at achieving key results, customer satisfaction scores (NPS), and important product metrics, communicating these goals to leadership.
• Use data-driven decision-making supported by analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, ProductBoard, and Sigma to prioritize product activities.
• Create precise product specifications and user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria ahead of sprints.
• Serve as the single accountable authority for product decisions in your domain, managing escalation pathways and proactively reporting deviations.
• Guide cross-functional alignment involving Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, UX, and Leadership, with regular 360-degree feedback processes.
• Regularly report roadmap progress and risks to leadership, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed without delays.
• Build organizational alignment through influence founded on trust, clarity, and data insights, despite lacking formal authority.
• Mentor junior product managers through structured one-on-one sessions, skills development, and accountability enforcement.
• Develop AI expertise within your team by assessing current skills, mapping educational paths, and monitoring AI adoption.
• Identify and create growth opportunities for top performers, and drive adherence to company processes and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and foster a learning culture within the product management organization.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 12 to 15 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to product management of technology products.
• Have proven experience delivering or managing AI-enabled products, with practical knowledge of AI tools.
• Be adept with analytics and user engagement platforms such as Mixpanel, Gainsight PX, or Pendo for measuring product adoption.
• Exhibit strong product intuition, capable of setting strategies, explaining rationale, and converting ambiguous challenges into clear roadmaps.
• Hold solid technical understanding of software development, system integrations, and design to maintain credibility with engineering teams.
• Demonstrate success mentoring product managers and enhancing team capabilities beyond individual contributions.
• Exemplify excellent communication and influencing skills, working comfortably with executives, engineers, and clients.
• Be highly analytical, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving SaaS business environment.
