Overview
A US-based space propulsion company located in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a Senior HR Consultant for a six-month contract position. This role involves leading the migration of HR systems as the company integrates with a larger parent group, building robust people processes, and managing critical transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of the current HR platform onto the parent organization's system.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including rollout, ongoing goal monitoring, and midyear reviews.
- Ensure seamless talent management during and after the organizational integration.
- Manage change initiatives to guide leaders and employees through the transition effectively.
- Design and deliver training and enablement programs related to HR processes.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support and enhance leadership effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive senior-level HR experience managing end-to-end people initiatives.
- Proven background in integration, transformation, or change management, specifically following acquisitions.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to small to mid-sized organizations or startups, with the capability to develop processes from the ground up.
- Self-driven and autonomous work style, able to independently carry out project briefs.
- Availability to work onsite five days per week in Littleton, Colorado.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder due to ITAR compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with aerospace, space, or defense sectors.
- Experience in large-scale HRIS migrations, with knowledge of common implementation challenges.
- Previous contract or interim roles demonstrating rapid onboarding and immediate value addition within two weeks.
Additional Information
This is a hands-on role that goes beyond maintenance, requiring ownership of execution planning and delivery for key HR projects.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate and demands full-time on-site presence in Littleton for the contract duration of six months.
