Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Nykaa is seeking a passionate Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional attention to detail and a versatile design skill set. This role involves creating design assets across various platforms including web, social media, marketing materials, branding, logo creation, packaging, retail displays, and art direction. The designer will work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Shoot & Production teams to produce visually striking and impactful designs aligned with the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engaging web graphics for Beauty, Nykaa Fashion, and associated sub-brands.
• Create captivating social media visuals that align with Nykaa's brand tone and consistency.
• Design marketing assets such as email templates, banners, brochures, and promotional content.
• Conceptualize and craft logos for new products and sub-brands to ensure cohesive brand imagery.
• Design innovative and functional product packaging reflecting aesthetic appeal.
• Produce graphics for retail environments including in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Provide art direction and creative guidance during photoshoots, video productions, and multimedia projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and creative problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing will be considered advantageous.
