The Corporate FP&A team sits at the heart of the finance organization, responsible for consolidated company-wide profit and loss reporting, forecasts, close deliverables, and strategic financial analyses. Role Overview

Roku is expanding its Corporate FP&A team in India to improve global financial reporting, data consolidation, and process efficiency. Reporting to Corporate Finance leadership, this role partners with U.S.-based FP&A counterparts. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in strengthening financial infrastructure by managing consolidated reporting processes, enhancing data integrity, rebuilding core reporting models, and promoting automation and standardization. The focus is on creating scalable processes allowing leadership and business partners to prioritize strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company-wide consolidated profit and loss reporting ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual data consolidation across business units adhering to corporate standards.
  • Maintain and improve standardized reporting templates and dashboards for management.
  • Develop, optimize, and automate recurring financial reports to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Revamp legacy financial models and reporting structures to support scalability.
  • Implement robust data validation checks to ensure integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance upstream data quality and reporting workflows.
  • Conduct variance and trend analyses to support U.S. FP&A teams.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify anomalies for further investigation.
  • Assist budgeting and forecasting cycles through model upkeep, data preparation, and consolidation.
  • Provide structured analytical support for routine and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify reporting workflows.
  • Lead or contribute to reporting system upgrades and process transformation projects.
  • Document processes and establish best practices to build a scalable FP&A operating model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, controllership, or similar analytical functions, preferably supporting global teams.
  • Strong expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and managing large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling; skills in VBA/macros are advantageous.
  • Experience with planning systems like Anaplan and ERP platforms.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting frameworks.
  • Track record of process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple recurring deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based team members within an international corporation.

Work Arrangement
