This role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals in compliance with Saudization policies. The position is based in Riyadh at Al Mursalat, working Sunday through Thursday under regular office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer accounting assistance to the Production Team, handling financial matters throughout production processes.
• Ensure vendor invoices are accurately coded and approved for payment.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on payment-related inquiries and vendor communications.
• Manage and reconcile expenses associated with Production Pre-Paid Cards and Credit Cards, maintaining strict controls.
• Process travel and expense claims for relevant staff through the Concur system.
• Support Production Managers by reporting monthly actual costs versus budgets and analyzing variances.
• Conduct proactive analysis of production spending and revenues to identify potential budget discrepancies.
• Handle additional miscellaneous finance tasks related to production as needed.
• Collaborate with accounting personnel from other departments on financial matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a recognized accounting qualification, for example, SOCPA license training.
• University degree or equivalent academic background in accounting or related field.
• Strong numeracy and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Interest in television production with aspirations to build a career within the industry.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with SAP accounting systems.
• Understanding of the television production business.
• An enthusiasm for sports.
