Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional software projects focusing on technical excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, scope, and communications effectively.
• Own the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for strategic growth within client accounts and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to overcome obstacles and ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and feedback mechanisms.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and leads, managing performance reviews, mentorship, hiring, and onboarding.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for web and mobile projects, enforcing coding standards and technical consistency.
• Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams across time zones, including participation in evening meetings when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in leadership or client-facing managerial roles.
• Proven ability to handle project delivery and client satisfaction with distributed teams.
• Experience working with international clients across various sectors.
• Strong expertise in SDLC, web and mobile application development, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on involvement in large-scale web and mobile application initiatives.
• Competence in resource planning, team scaling, and budget management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder expectation management skills.
• Academic qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing remote and distributed development teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure design.
• Background in data engineering, analytics, or AI-driven projects is advantageous.
• Proficiency with project management and code collaboration platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
