Position Overview

As the Senior Director, Digital Care Transformation, you will lead Carrum’s enterprise-wide AI-powered transformation initiatives, reporting to the Vice President of Patient Care. You will own and direct a multi-year digital transformation roadmap, spearheading complex, cross-functional projects that reshape service delivery and foster scalability through technology rather than workforce expansion.
