Role requirements
- You should be able to show substantial experience providing dietetic support in chronic disease management, nutrition support, paediatric care, adult care, and care for older adults (ICPOP), where relevant to the post.
- You should also demonstrate strong experience using lifestyle and behaviour-change approaches in practice.
- This role involves regular travel, so suitable transport access is necessary.
