Role overview
This position focuses on applying risk controls at the operational level for construction finance cases. The role requires building a solid understanding of each project and developer, then turning that insight into a credit memo that evaluates whether the project is viable and whether the proposal is structured in line with ABHFL risk parameters and customer needs.
Core work
The main areas of analysis include project feasibility, market intelligence, and the financial position of the developer. The role is expected to support lending decisions by combining site-level understanding with detailed credit review.
Experience profile
Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred. Prior exposure to real estate is ideal. Backgrounds in technical roles, syndication, or consulting may also be considered for shortlisting.
Candidate requirements
- Must be open to travelling for site visits and meeting engineers, marketing teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Should have basic capability in analysis, due diligence, and real estate research.
