Overview
This opportunity is for a Senior Content & Communications Manager located in Italy, aimed at developing and enhancing a robust global communications framework that encompasses brand strategy, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging, and social media channels.
The candidate will be responsible for formulating communication strategies that bolster market stance, elevate customer interaction, and drive business growth. This role requires strategic insight, creative delivery, operational leadership, and collaboration across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously refine multi-channel communication strategies, including product marketing, brand communications, editorial content, social media, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Plan content roadmaps, prioritize tasks, manage communication calendars, and maintain alignment with business goals.
- Produce, review, and enhance communication content ensuring strong brand consistency, clear messaging, and editorial quality.
- Support product marketing by translating technical information into persuasive and commercially impactful stories.
- Partner with teams such as product, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO, and external agencies to ensure coordinated messaging across all channels.
- Maintain website messaging and assist with landing page improvements to enhance communication quality and conversion effectiveness.
- Oversee PR communications by reviewing and aligning materials with strategic positioning and publication priorities.
- Coordinate social media content to ensure consistency and appropriateness across platforms.
- Work closely with SEO teams to apply content optimization while preserving editorial integrity and authenticity.
- Investigate industry trends, competitor approaches, emerging communication tools, AI-assisted content workflows, and innovative storytelling techniques to enhance communications.
- Establish systematic content operations including tracking, reporting, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in content management, communications, product marketing, or analogous strategic communication functions.
- Deep familiarity with the iGaming sector, including understanding of its products, ecosystems, and market landscape.
- Knowledge of iGaming components such as Turnkey, White Label, Casino, Sportsbook, PAM, and platform structures.
- Expertise in B2B communication, product positioning, and commercial storytelling techniques.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, proofreading, and editorial capabilities with fine attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create compelling content across various formats and communication channels.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects independently and effectively.
- Strong research aptitude to identify market trends and convert insights into actionable communication strategies.
- Understanding of key content performance metrics, social media analytics, and communication effectiveness indicators.
- Competence in responsibly utilizing AI-powered content tools while ensuring authenticity, accuracy, and rigorous fact-checking.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, enabling productive collaboration across teams and external partners.
- Proactive, well-organized, creative, strategic thinker comfortable leading projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in publishing original articles, media contributions, or thought leadership content is advantageous.
