Senior Change Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional in Organisational Change Management to join the Enterprise Change Team. This role is vital in delivering the bureau's Change Management Service, aligned with the bureau’s Strategy for 2022-2027.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide expert change management support and guidance to executive sponsors, program and project managers, business analysts, and communications teams. They will work closely with change leads to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business units and stakeholders, gaining a clear understanding of change impacts and ensuring activities effectively address stakeholder needs.

They will help create and implement strategies that promote successful adoption and sustainability of new processes and ways of working developed by project teams. The role also involves organizing targeted training and delivering coaching based on the Prosci change methodology to empower bureau leaders and teams to lead and embed change effectively.

Moreover, the position includes maintaining the bureau's change management framework, tools, templates, key artefacts, and reporting mechanisms.

Additional Information

Experience working within government environments and managing projects that involve customers or community impact is highly valued.
