Job summary

Vistas Global is hiring a seasoned banking operations specialist to support major retail and corporate banking transformation work based on Temenos T24. This position acts as the main business representative for banking operations, partnering with business teams, technology groups, implementation firms, and Temenos experts across the full project lifecycle.

The role calls for strong hands-on knowledge of Islamic banking, including AA and TPH, along with experience in business analysis, operating model design, requirements control, data migration, testing, and readiness for go-live. Core responsibilities

You will represent retail and corporate banking operations as the subject matter expert during Temenos T24 transformation initiatives. The role includes advising on business processes, supporting operational redesign, and ensuring that business needs are correctly reflected in the Temenos solution.

You will lead requirement workshops, document business needs, manage scope and traceability, and support change requests throughout the program. Deliverables include BRDs, FSDs, gap analyses, process documents, and use cases.

The position also involves defining the target operating model, analyzing the current and future state, mapping processes, and identifying automation and efficiency improvements. You will support operating model transformation as part of the broader modernization effort.

On the Temenos side, you will assist with implementation and configuration activities, work with consultants and vendors, and validate the design and configuration against business expectations.

Testing responsibilities span functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing, along with scenario and test case preparation, defect logging, evidence capture, defect triage, and support for production readiness.

You will create and maintain SOPs, user manuals, operational guides, and training content, while also conducting training sessions, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness reviews. Post-go-live stabilization support is also part of the role.

Stakeholder coordination is central to the job, including close work with business users, operations, IT, project managers, Temenos consultants, vendors, testing teams, and PMO to keep deliverables on track.

Experience and qualifications

The role requires at least 11 years of banking experience, a minimum of 8 years in Temenos T24 transformation programs, and at least 5 years of practical experience with Islamic Banking AA and TPH implementations. Prior work in retail banking, corporate banking, core banking transformation, data migration, business analysis, UAT/testing, and change management is expected, with Middle East banking exposure strongly preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred.

Mandatory certifications include Certified Temenos T24 Consultant and Temenos AA Certification. Temenos TPH Certification is preferred. Additional advantages include CBAP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Islamic Banking Certification, and TOGAF.
