Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery initiatives and conduct workshops with senior leadership and executives to align on project scope and goals.
• Develop deep knowledge of Future Secure AI's technological capabilities and contribute to the evolution of emerging use cases.
• Examine data, workflows, and operational patterns to guide informed decisions and minimize risks during delivery.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to facilitate prioritization, strategic alignment, and clarity.
• Assist engineering and product teams by removing obstacles to enable rapid and confident progress.
• Manage involvement in two to three concurrent use cases within agile squads.

Candidate Profile

• A background rooted in business with strong understanding of commercial settings and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Over eight years of experience in business analysis, ideally within consulting, commercial, or enterprise contexts.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or streams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in eliciting the right questions, resolving ambiguity, and reaching decisive conclusions.
• Comfortability operating within dynamic agile teams where priorities frequently evolve.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI is advantageous but not mandatory; a genuine interest in learning is essential.
• Leadership experience in intricate technology, AI, data, or automation programs.
