Position Overview
We are recruiting for a Senior Associate role specializing in HR Operations with German language proficiency for a prominent IT and consulting firm in Bengaluru. This position involves providing comprehensive HR support to German-speaking employees, addressing various administrative and employee service requests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to HR inquiries related to compensation, benefits, payroll, learning and development, timekeeping, Workday transactions, recruitment, and performance management.
- Offer both voice and written support in German and English for HR helpdesk services.
- Manage and resolve multiple types of HR tickets across different queues, including complex cases involving payouts and health and wellness assistance.
- Handle hire-to-retire transactional tasks such as processing employee lifecycle updates in Workday HCM, coordinating onboarding procedures including document verification and background checks, and overseeing offboarding workflows with relevant documentation.
- Utilize HRIS platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors to execute transactional updates efficiently.
- Support learning and development initiatives by understanding end-to-end learning administration workflows and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 6 years of experience in an HR helpdesk role supporting German language users.
- Proficient German language skills at B2 or C1+ level, both spoken and written.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
