Role Purpose

The position aims to deliver excellent customer service and manage backend branch operations encompassing New Business, Policy Servicing, Accounts Revival, and Lead Generation. The role also focuses on monitoring and improving persistency and revival underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling all customer relationships and service interactions.
• Processing new business applications efficiently.
• Managing policy servicing tasks including claims and documentation.
• Supporting business retention via persistency and revival efforts.
• Driving lead generation activities to support growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, sales calling, preferably in insurance or banking sectors.
• Proficient in customer service and sales communications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
