Key duties

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax calculations for sole traders, companies, and partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Play an active role in strengthening the practice and supporting its growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them move toward their goals.

Candidate profile

• You should be an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a public practice setting.
• Strong technical capability and careful attention to detail are essential.
• You need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational ability and the capacity to work to deadlines are important.
• You should be comfortable managing teams and multiple priorities.
