Senior Account Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at the Sonipat office. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in accounting and finance, capable of independently managing comprehensive accounting functions and liaising effectively with our Chartered Accountant as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations independently.
• Manage GST filings including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Handle TDS-related activities accurately.
• Administer inventory and stock management processes.
• Record and control purchase and sales accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations diligently.
• Maintain and manage ledgers systematically.
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits and compliances when necessary.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime software for accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing requirements.
• Experienced with TDS processes and compliance.
• Adept at inventory and stock control management.
• Skilled in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Work Location and Conditions

This position requires working on-site from the Sonipat office. Candidates must be prepared for an office-based role with no remote work option.
